明年各縣市公告地價將在明年元月公布，台中市地政局長張治祥昨表示傾向不調漲後，今在議會答詢再說「有下修空間」，12月下旬地價評議委員會召開後即可明朗。記者今早問台中市長林佳龍，林不回應地價稅相關問題。明年底是縣市長與議員選舉年，台中市去年調整公告地價，平均漲幅38.25%，造成地價稅暴漲；連日來多名議員關切，要求不准漲地價稅，否則明年選舉「民進黨就打包了」。民進黨議員陳淑華說，去年公告地價調整後，西屯區平均漲幅高達101.2%，造成民怨沸騰；今年地價查估後，台中市95%、10729個區段持平或下修，只有5%、548個區段上漲，明年公告地價應該有下修空間。國民黨議員楊正中說，市府說明年要凍漲公告地價，去年已經大漲一輪，帶動地價稅增加20-30億元；有民眾地價稅要繳上百萬元，要如何負擔？市府應該要下修公告地價，不能靠漲地價來傳市民的錢。地政局長張治祥說，地政局會如實反映地價波動，明年公告地價傾向不調漲，而且台中市不動產價格往下走，明年公告地價甚至有下修空間。台中市去年公告地價調漲38.25%，造成地價稅暴漲；明年底市長、議員選舉，台中市地政局強調，明年公告地價不只凍漲，還有下修空間。記者洪敬浤／攝影分享 facebook [106美國暢銷兒童軟體] Clifford Thinking Adventures
